A diplomatic rift last week between the governments of Spain and Morocco resulted in the Spanish military tear-gassing children and brutally forcing hundreds of people back across the border at Ceuta.
In today's episode we speak with Irina, an activist from Spanish NGO No Name Kitchen, who tells us what she witnessed at Europe's border with Morocco.
She also tells us how No Name Kitchen has been fighting the systematic abuse of undocumented people in the city before last week's events, and how the current crackdown is not just a risk for refugees and migrants but also for the racialised people who have been living there for decades.
